This policy applies to all training courses offered by Facethetics Beauty Academy and paid for online through this website or at the academy.
1. Cancellation by the Student
Course fees are non-refundable once you have enrolled and confirmed your seat in a batch. A change of mind or change of plans after enrollment does not qualify for a refund.
If you need to cancel or reschedule for a genuine reason, email or WhatsApp us with your name, course, batch date, payment transaction ID and the reason for your request. The academy will review it:
- If the academy approves the cancellation, a refund will be made. The academy decides the refund amount based on your reason and how close the request is to the batch start date.
- If the academy approves a reschedule, you can move to a later batch, subject to seat availability.
- If the request is not approved, the fee stays non-refundable.
2. Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Academy
If we cancel or postpone a batch, you can move to another batch at no extra cost or get a full refund of the amount you paid.
3. Not Eligible for the Course
If you enrolled in a course whose eligibility you do not meet (for example, the Facial Aesthetics Course, which is for doctors only), we will refund the full amount paid.
4. Duplicate or Failed Payments
If money was taken from your account more than once, or for a payment that failed, contact us with the transaction details. Once we confirm it, we will refund the extra amount in full.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
- We review refund requests and approve them within 3 working days.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet) within 5–7 working days.
- After that, your bank or card provider may take a few more working days to show the money in your account.
- Fees paid in cash at the academy are refunded by bank transfer to an account in the student's name.
