Facethetics Beauty Academy sells training courses, which are services. We do not sell or ship physical products through this website. This page explains how and when a course you pay for is delivered.
1. How Courses Are Delivered
- All courses are taught in person at our academy in West Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi. The full address is on this page.
- Courses are not delivered online and are not shipped.
2. Enrollment Confirmation
- After a successful payment, we send you a confirmation by email or WhatsApp within 24 hours.
- The confirmation includes your course name, batch start date, timings and academy address.
- If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact us with your payment transaction ID.
3. When the Course Starts
Training starts on the batch date confirmed at enrollment. If you pay for a batch that is already full, we will offer you the next available batch or a full refund.
4. Course Material and Kit
The study material and practice consumables included in the course fee are given to you at the academy during the course. Nothing is shipped to your address.
5. Certificate
- Your Certificate of Completion is handed to you at the academy on the last day of the course.
- If you cannot collect it in person, we can courier it to an address in India within 7 working days of your request. Courier charges, if any, will be shared with you in advance.
