These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of facetheticsbeauty.com and to any training course you book or pay for with Facethetics Beauty Academy ("the Academy", "we", "us"). The Academy is run by Facethetics Beauty, West Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi. By enrolling in a course or making a payment on this website, you agree to these terms.
1. Courses and Enrollment
- Course content, duration and fees are listed on our courses page and course fees page.
- Your enrollment is confirmed once your payment is received and we send you a confirmation by email or WhatsApp.
- Each batch has a limited number of seats. Seats are given in the order payments are received.
- You must give accurate details (name, phone number, email and qualifications) when you enroll.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to enroll.
- The Facial Aesthetics Course is open only to registered medical practitioners (MBBS, BDS or equivalent). We may ask for proof of registration before confirming your seat.
- If you do not meet the eligibility for a course, we will refund your payment in full.
3. Attendance and Conduct
- Training happens in person at our academy in Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi, on the dates and times shared with you.
- You need to attend the full course to receive the certificate. Missed sessions can be made up in a later batch if seats are available, at the Academy's discretion.
- You must follow the hygiene, safety and infection-control rules of the clinic and treat trainers, staff, models and patients with respect.
- The Academy may end the enrollment of any student who behaves in an unsafe or abusive way. Fees are not refunded in that case.
4. Certificate
- Students who complete the course receive a Certificate of Completion from Facethetics Beauty Academy.
- This certificate shows that you completed our training. It is not a university degree, a government licence or a registration to practise medicine.
- Under Indian law, injectable and other medical procedures (such as Botox, dermal fillers and PRP) may only be performed by qualified medical practitioners. You are responsible for following all laws and regulations that apply to your own practice.
5. Fees and Payments
- All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments made online go through Razorpay, a secure third-party payment gateway. We do not see or store your card or bank details.
- Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Changes to a Batch
We may change a batch's dates, timings or trainer for reasons beyond our control. If this happens, we will tell you as early as we can. You can then move to another batch or ask for a full refund.
7. Course Material and Intellectual Property
All course notes, presentations, videos and other training material belong to Facethetics Beauty Academy. They are for your personal learning only. You may not copy, record, resell or share them without our written permission.
8. Photos and Videos
We may take photos or videos during training sessions for our records and social media. If you do not want to appear in them, tell us in writing before the course starts.
9. Limitation of Liability
We train every student carefully, but results in your own practice depend on your skill, judgement and how closely you follow safety rules. The Academy is not responsible for any treatment you perform on clients after the course. Our total liability to you for any claim about a course is limited to the fee you paid for that course.
10. Use of This Website
The information on this website is for general information only. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or free of errors. Do not misuse the website, try to access it without permission, or submit false information through its forms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the latest version. The version in effect on the date you enrolled applies to your course.
